Lord, we remember the blood that you shed
The wrath we deserved, but You took instead
Lord, we remember the crimson that flowed
The mercy displayed, love graciously showed

Lord, we remember the body You gave
Broken and beaten and laid in the grave
Lord, we remember the stone rolled away
The tomb that was empty in only three days

O Precious is the flow
That makes me white as snow
No other fount I know
Nothing but the blood of Jesus

Lord, we remember how You appeared
Before the disciples stricken with fear
Lord, we remember You said You’d return
To set up Your kingdom, for that day we yearn

Lord, we remember the bread and the cup
The work that was finished, our living hope
Lord, we remember as sinners You bought
The forgiveness You  purchased, the change You have wrought
